We have many options of delivery on items with Standard Next Day Delivery at £4.95 (when ordered before 3pm Mon-Thurs excluding bank holidays). guaranteed to be with you the next day before 6pm if you order before 3pm
If you need your item earlier, we also offer a signed for next day delivery before Midday option which costs from £10.00, and a next day delivery before 10am option at £15 for all items ordered Mon-Thurs excluding bank holidays.
A Saturday delivery before 5pm option is also available from £15.00 which is also dispatched by FedEx.
We also offer an In Store Collection Service for Free, so if you live locally then you can come in and collect the item in store.
Occasionally it may be necessary for your item to be sent by Royal Mail rather than our usual carrier FedEx.
Orders placed after 3pm will be dispatched the following working day.
Orders Placed on a Friday, Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holiday will be dispatched on the next working day.
Alternatively if you live nearby to Deenna Boutique you have the option to click and collect your items from the boutique (orders must be collected within 5 days of purchase). If you request this option please contact us.
International deliveries will be sent via Royal Mail.
European delivery starts from £15.00.
Worldwide delivery starts from £25.00.
Note: Heavier items will increase the delivery charge. This can be seen during checkout.
We are unable to re-direct orders once they have been placed with us.
FedEx ensure that your goods are correctly signed for, ensuring that your parcel is in safe hands. Deenna Boutique does not accept responsibility for any delivery instructions issued to the delivery company by the customer. If you leave instructions requesting a parcel to be left in a different location (e.g. shed, garage, neighbour etc.) we cannot accept responsibility if you fail to receive your parcel.
To avoid delays to your order, please ensure that your billing address matches the address on your card statement, and that the cardholder’s name is written as it appears on the card. Please ensure that your contact details are filled in accurately so that we can contact you if necessary. For security customers may also be subjected to standard fraud prevention checks. Upon dispatch of your order FedEx will email you a tracking number so you are able to check your order status and be kept up to date with your consignment.

If you are not in when FedEx try to deliver your parcel, a card will be left giving you the option to re-arrange delivery. They will re-attempt to deliver your parcel up to three times.
